RPV-3 (2) Polymer Viscometer – RPV-3 (2)

RPV-3 – Fully automated Polymer Viscometer with four measurement positions and two cleaning solvents. Automated operation of two Ubbelohde Viscometers fitted in a constant temperature viscometer bath. Simply load the sample, close the top of the filling station and press “start test” in the sofware.

Following operations are automated:

1. Sample elevation
2. Sample release
3. Flow time determination in duplicate or triplicate as per method requirement
4. Sample removal
5. Sample path cleaning
6. Sample path drying

System configuration includes:
Viscometer bath with solid state external chiller (2 positions),
1 x Viscometer Control Modules (Peek valves),
2 x measuring heads and filling stations,
PC system (CPU, screen, keyboard and mouse),
solvent and waste bottles.
PIAB pump included (requires compressed air).
An optional external vacuum pump is available.
