The AvCount Calibration Material ‘d’ serves as a Secondary Working Standard (SWS) with a particle distribution traceable to NIST 2806d & 8631x. Laboratories use it with Automatic Particle Counters (APCs) calibrated in accordance with ISO 11171.
Produced under our ISO 17034 UKAS accreditation homogeneity and variability is checked in accordance with ISO 11171.
The AvCount Calibration Material is supplied in tamper-evident security packaging with full documentation, including a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). It has a two-year shelf life from the date of manufacture and comes in a 250 mL pack.

AvCount calibration software is proprietary software for use with the AvCount Lite (SA1800-2, SA1805-2) and AvCount Lube (SA1900-0 and SA1910-0). The software must be used on a Windows© based computer.
AvCount calibration software is used to calibrate your particle counter after servicing. Calibration results display in table and graph format. You can print the calibration results and save them to your computer for future reference.
This software is only available to customers who have received Stanhope-Seta authorised training.

The SETA-CRM AvCount Verification Material serves as a Secondary Working Standard (SWS) with a particle distribution traceable to NIST SRM 2806a and 2806d. Laboratories use it with Automatic Particle Counters (APCs) calibrated in accordance with ISO 11171 using IP 565, IP 630, and/or ASTM D7619.
This material is produced under our ISO 17034 UKAS accreditation, and is characterised in accordance with ISO 11171. Upon request, NIST 2806b values are also available.

Ultrasonic bath typically for use for the preparation of AvCount calibration and verification materials in accordance with ISO 11171.
The ultrasonic bath can be used for cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning is especially suitable for intricate/fragile objects such as glassware, metal instruments, sensors and similar items. The bath incorporates high power piezoelectric transducers to maximise washing efficiency, and is capable of cleaning heavy deposits such as D86 flask residual.
