The rig is a compact bench-top instrument, used to prepare specimens in accordance with the test methods listed.

Features
- Cover interlock safety switch
Specimens are mounted in a chuck, which is enclosed in a safety cover. A motor rotates the specimen between 1700 to 1800 rpm for polishing in accordance with the test procedure.
Supplied with an emergency stop.
