Bourdon-Tube type pressure gauge with 150 mm diameter mirror band dials to eliminate paralax errors while reading. The graduations are marked in kPa and psi (lbf/in2).
The gauge has a bottom entry 1/4 inch BSP fitting and a heavy duty stainless steel case with a large carrying handle suitable for lifting a complete pressure vessel assembly from a bath.
The gauge conforms to EN837 S2 (up to 2500 kPa), Accuracy Class 1 ±1% fsd.

The favorable connections for SCHMIDT + HAENSCH process instruments for pipes and vessels are VariVent in-line housings. This type of connection provides a maximum of flexibility. Our valve housings meet the highest standards for hygienic processes .It can handle pressures up to 10 bar and holds no dead spaces around the measuring head.
It is possible to fit up to 2 different instruments on one in-line housing – for example a measuring head and a prism cleaning unit. The height of our dead-zone-free housings exactly corresponds to the diameter of the connection pipeline. This avoids domes and sumps with their negative effects such as oxidization damage or cleaning problems. The special ball shape of the housing offers the best flow profiles without flow separation.

The venting hood is used with the Seta High Temperature Roll Stability Tester (19400-5) for ambient testing. When you run the tester at ambient conditions, without heaters on, the friction of rotation builds up heat inside the oven and as it is an effective insulator the temperature begins to rise. The venting hood tilts the oven open and circulates air via an integral fan.
