3 Year Warranty
Stanhope-Seta warrant that all products supplied will be free from defects of workmanship, design or materials for a period of 3 years* from the date of leaving their factory.
*Valid for instruments purchased after 1st January 2025. Warranty period is only valid upon completion and return of warranty registration form. Instrument must be serviced and calibrated annually. Please see Warranty Terms for full details.

Calibration
Stanhope-Seta instruments are calibrated according to ISO 17025 using certified calibration tools and Certified Reference Materials, a calibration certificate with traceable, certified values is provided. Calibration can be conducted on-site or at our Service Department.
Technical support
We provide direct technical support by phone and email through our Service Department. Our technical team is committed to providing fast reponses, cost effective repairs and diagnostics to ensure your instruments are kept working at their best.
Training
As part of our commitment to first class customer support, We will set up your instrument on-site and provide you with all the necessary training, enabling you to maximise the value of your instrument.
