Series 490 Industrial Scales
The Series 490 Industrial Scales provide a range of robust, reliable, and accurate scales for a wide array of industry applications. Exceptional performance features and a built-in automatic self-calibration system give users complete confidence in achieving accurate weighing results – approved and certified. It is user-friendly, with multi-application terminals designed to meet every weighing need.
The Series 490 is equipped with a fully automatic time and temperature-controlled internal calibration system (SCS). The SCS can be set to provide regular calibration at predetermined times or temperature changes in accordance with ISO and GLP guidelines. Additionally, external calibration can be achieved via the Intelligent Calibration Mode (ICM) with a choice of external weights.
IB Terminal interface: standard keyboard layout with 10 keys. There are 4 freely definable function keys and a large digital display. Applications included weight unit switching, counting, percent weighing, net totals, check weighing, animal weighing, totalisation, statistics, calculation, area weight calculation, and Multi-User Memory.
IT Terminal interface: as the IB terminal but with an additional keyboard for alphanumerical inputs for manual tare and reference weight input. Applications include all the above applications with Indicator IB plus Dynamic Differential Weighing, Minimum Sample Weight, density determination, and Multi-level Backweighing.
IS Terminal interface: is a multi-application interface for special applications. It has an additional keyboard with 30 keys for alphanumeric inputs for manual tare and reference weight input, including all applications per IT terminal and additional SmartBox®.
